How can I earn points?
Easy. shop, click around, follow us, refer friends, leave reviews, download the app, celebrate your birthday, or honestly just interact with Five in any normal way. The points stack up faster than you expect.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in, head to your loyalty page, and redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
